CRAIG DONNELLY

KLMJ / KQCR  General Manager

 

 

Craig was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He graduated from St. Edmond High School where he participated in basketball, track, baseball and was involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He graduated from Buena Vista College in Storm Lake, Iowa (now Buena Vista University). In college, Craig participated in basketball and track for 2 years and was on the cross country team for 1 verrrryyyy longgggg year!  Craig was also involved in the college's (KBVU) radio station.

Craig's radio career began in Twin Lakes, IA (KTLB-FM), where he started his career on-air and doing play-by-play sports.  He sold radio advertising, became operations director, sales manager and then station manager.  In 1993 Craig moved to Hampton to Manage KLMJ-FM (formerly KWGG).  In 2000 KQCR-FM (98.9) Parkersburg was put on the air with studio operations co-located in Hampton.

Craig and his wife Kathleen have four children.  Craig enjoys all types of sports and outdoor activities and loves to travel.

Craig is a board member and past president of the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
